Sırbaz Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Sırbaz. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Scope of the service
Sırbaz provides coffee, tarot, palm, dream, astrology, relationship compatibility, love-cycle, Cosmic Report and Mistik Sohbet experiences for entertainment and self-reflection. Content may be generated by artificial intelligence and in-app personalization systems.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using the service, you represent that you are 18 or older. People under 18 may not create an account or use Sırbaz.
Not a professional service
Sırbaz does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, emergency, dating, matchmaking or human-expert advice. Readings are not guarantees, diagnoses, certain predictions or decision recommendations. Seek qualified help for health, safety, financial, legal or emergency matters.
Account and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account. You may not transfer it, misuse the service or upload content on another person’s behalf without authorization. Information you provide must not be deceptive or infringe another person’s rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of photos, dream text, questions, chat messages and feedback you submit. You grant Sırbaz permission to process, store, secure and display that content only as needed to provide, personalize and improve the app experiences described in the Privacy Policy.
Content safety and reporting
Unlawful, abusive, hateful, exploitative or rights-infringing content is not allowed. You may report inappropriate AI or chat content using the in-app reporting control or baris.demircan91@gmail.com. Reports may be reviewed, violating content removed and repeat abuse restricted.
Subscriptions, credits and restoration
Premium subscriptions may renew automatically through Apple App Store or Google Play and must be managed or cancelled in the relevant store account. The in-app Restore Purchases action resynchronizes existing entitlements.
Reading credits are consumable virtual items used for eligible readings, reports, follow-up questions, council summaries or Mistik Sohbet. Entitlements not delivered because of a verified technical error may be restored or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable store and consumer rules.
Rewarded advertising
The app may offer limited credits in exchange for viewing an ad. A reward is granted only after server-side validation. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sırbaz for unlawful, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive or system-abuse purposes. Automated requests, reverse engineering, quota circumvention, purchase manipulation and unauthorized security testing are prohibited.
Safety and crisis situations
Sırbaz is not a substitute for professional help in cases involving self-harm, suicide, violence, urgent health needs or another crisis. If there is immediate risk, contact local emergency services or a trusted person now.
Changes to the service
We may update features, prices, credit uses, quotas or fair-use limits. Changes will be applied subject to store requirements and applicable consumer rights.
Service availability and liability
Sırbaz experiences are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that a reading will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from decisions made in reliance on entertainment content.
