Delete your Sırbaz account
You can permanently delete your Sırbaz account and associated application data from the app or submit a verified request by email.
Delete immediately in the app
When the server completes the request successfully, you are signed out and the account cannot be reactivated.
- Sign in to your Sırbaz account.
- Open Profile.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm permanent deletion.
Request deletion without app access
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with the account. We request only the verification reasonably needed to protect the account and complete verified requests within 30 days.
Data deleted with the account
- Account, email, display name and linked sign-in identifiers.
- Profile, birth, location and astrology information.
- Readings, reports, chats, dream text and history.
- Uploaded coffee-cup and palm images.
- Notification device records, reward records and app preferences.
- In-app entitlement profile and related application records.
Residual retention
Active application data is removed when deletion completes. Residual copies in temporary infrastructure backups or technical logs are rotated within 30 days. Limited records may be retained longer only where required by law, with access restricted.
Store subscriptions are separate
Deleting the account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel renewal separately in the relevant store account. Apple or Google may retain transaction history under their own terms.
