Data we process and why

• Account data: email address, name or display name, user ID and linked sign-in identifiers for registration, authentication, security and support.
• Profile and astrology data: birth date, birth time, birth place, typed location or coordinates and gender preference for astrology profiles, charts, reports and personalization.
• Partner data: a partner name and the birth date, time, place or coordinates you provide for relationship compatibility and synastry results.
• Reflection entries: optional journal text, mood and resonance scores to show your history, calculate 7/30-day patterns and personalize rituals or readings.
• User content: coffee-cup or palm photos, dream text, questions, chat messages, reading history and feedback to create readings, show history, explain results and personalize the service.
• Purchase data: subscription status, product IDs, credit packages and store transaction references to deliver Premium or credit entitlements, restore purchases and provide billing support.
• Device and notification data: device or push token, platform and rewarded-ad session information to send notifications, validate rewards and prevent abuse.
• Diagnostics: crash reports, performance information and technical logs to find errors, protect the service and improve reliability.

Artificial intelligence and service providers

To generate readings, dream interpretations, astrology reports and Mistik Sohbet replies, your submitted content and relevant profile context may be transferred to Google Gemini / Vertex AI. Photos may be processed through cloud storage so we can fulfil the reading you request and return it to your account.

We may also use cloud storage, RevenueCat, Sentry, Firebase Cloud Messaging and AdMob for app functionality, payments, security, notifications, diagnostics or rewarded advertising. We request explicit in-app consent before the first AI processing.

Advertising and tracking

In the first iOS App Store release, Sırbaz does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, does not collect IDFA and sends rewarded AdMob requests as non-personalized. Where legally required, Google User Messaging Platform collects your advertising privacy choice before the ads SDK starts.

For ad delivery, measurement and abuse prevention, AdMob may process approximate location derived from IP address, device or app identifiers other than IDFA, ad interaction data and technical diagnostics. We will update this policy and the store disclosures before enabling personalized advertising or cross-app tracking.

Retention and deletion

Reading history and related images are generally retained for up to 30 days unless deleted earlier. Unowned uploads may be removed sooner. A Premium archive may remain while the subscription entitlement is active or in a billing grace period; the standard 30-day rule applies again after the entitlement ends.

Deleting your account permanently removes the account and associated app data, including readings, coffee or palm photos, reflection entries, chat records and notification tokens. Where reasonably possible, deletion of related third-party records is also initiated. Limited payment or legal records may be retained where required by law or by Apple or Google.

Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law, including the GDPR and Türkiye’s KVKK, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection. You can also review personalization and advertising privacy choices in the app where those controls are available.

Data security

Data is protected in transit with HTTPS/TLS. Access to production systems and user data is restricted by job need, using authentication, access controls, logging and reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

Sırbaz is only for people aged 18 or older and is not offered as a Made for Kids app. People under 18 may not create an account or use the service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. For material changes, we will publish the revised effective date and provide an in-app or website notice where appropriate.
